ISCNI is the first online institute devoted exclusively to the study of human contact with other intelligent life. ISCNI's first online facility was founded on America Online in December of 1994. Our AOL "campus" features a broad range of information resources, including libraries, a bookstore, a news center, public and private message boards, and numerous classes and special presentations by top researchers. Many features of the AOL facility are now available here at our Web site as well.

ISCNI's President and co-founder Michael Lindemann is a nationally known futurist, author and UFO investigator. To date, ISCNI has hosted online classes and special guest events with such respected figures as Linda Moulton Howe, Whitley Strieber, John Carpenter, Karla Turner, Ed Conroy, Glenn Campbell, Salley Rayl, Daniel Sheehan, and others.

ISCNI's GOALS

From the beginning, ISCNI's founders have had the following goals:

• To promote wide-ranging, high-quality public discussion aimed at enhancing public understanding of CNI phenomena as well as public respect for CNI research, while reducing the stigma often associated with CNI experiences;

• To provide online public access to top CNI researchers;

• To give ISCNI's faculty of CNI experts direct and productive access to one another and to CNI experiencers; and

• To generate financial support for the ongoing research and educational efforts of ISCNI's staff, guest faculty and other deserving CNI researchers.
